We believe that every kid everywhere is welcome. at capernaum, we strive to share joy and the good news of jesus christ with teenagers with ADDITIONAL NEEDS.

The Story So Far...
In December 2019, the first UK Capernaum club began in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Capernaum is a ministry specifically tailored to meet the needs of teenagers with Special Educational Needs and to introduce them to Jesus Christ.
Our leaders are committed to planning fun filled clubs consisting of games, crafts, songs and a bible message! Every Capernaum club is full of joy and laughter!
So far we have welcomed 15 teenagers aged within 11 to 18 to our two main events. We are excited to watch this ministry grow beyond even our own goals!

Young Life Capernaum is a new and exciting ministry that embodies Young Life's mission to reach every kid, everywhere.
If you know a teenager with Special Educational Needs, they're invited.
And if you're an adult who cares about young people with disabilites, there are a number of ways to get involved.
We promise three things: you'll have outrageous fun, you’re welcome here and we'll talk about what really matters in life - including God's extravagant love for you.
